For example my wrist is 6.5", I wear the medium 7". This size fits comfortably and I can stack multiple bracelets without them feeling tight. Most women wear a size medium. It’s pretty rare for women to order a small, but that option is available. For those ordering larger generally know they need to order that size. I’m always willing to help make things just right!

Can I exchange my item(s)?

You are more then welcome to exchange your item for a product of equal or more value. There will be a 20% charge per item exchanged to cover my time & added costs. All Sales are final and subject to store credit only.

Necklaces are non refundable and I won’t accept exchanges. The gold and silver are cut and made to order.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. If exchanging, I’ll need you to please include the order number, details of what you want changed, return address, and email so we can chat.

All items exchanged must be in perfect condition and don’t have any wear on them. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the customers expense. I charge $5 to cover returning the item(s) back to you.

Exclusions: Clearance items are always all sales final. Each item is inspected for quality before sending to our customers. For this, all sales are final sale on sale items and are exempt from exchange or store credit. Thank you kindly for understanding.

How long till I get my item(s)?

I usually need about 5 days to make and process the order. Shipping takes 7-10 days depending on how far away you live from my hometown Redlands, CA. All in all, it takes about a 2-3 weeks to make and ship your order.
