Thank you for shopping with Compassion Rocks Jewelry. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. However, we understand that issues can occur and will assist customers in resolving shipping problems when possible.

Some shipments may include carrier insurance or coverage up to a specified value, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at compassionrocksjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Confirmation of your shipping address

  • Photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)

  • Any additional information requested for a carrier claim

With the appropriate documentation, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, remake, or refund at our discretion based on product availability and circumstances.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless insurance coverage or claim approval applies.
